ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

SCVLPT orders are processed and shipped with care. Please allow approximately 5–8 business days for your order to be processed and delivered unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, preorders, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. Any extended fulfillment timeline specific to a product will be communicated on the applicable product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Standard Shipping: $10
Free Standard Shipping: Orders $100+

One important thing: your Shopify shipping rate was displaying 3–5 business days at checkout earlier. Since your policy says 5–8 business days, we should change that customer-facing estimate too so the site doesn't contradict itself.
