SCVLPT Return & Store Credit Policy
At SCVLPT, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality and hygiene, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns will be issued as SCVLPT store credit.
Returns for Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached and, when applicable, original packaging
- In its original condition and suitable for resale
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
One-Pieces & Bodysuits
For hygiene purposes, all one-pieces and bodysuits must be tried on while wearing undergarments.
Items showing signs of wear or contact with bodily fluids, stains, odors, or other hygiene concerns will not be eligible for return or store credit. Any applicable hygiene liner, tag, or protective covering must remain intact.
SCVLPT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene and condition standards.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Limited Drops & Preorders
Products released as limited drops or preorders may have specific return restrictions noted on the product page. Any item explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@scvlptfit.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If SCVLPT made an error with your order or you received a defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional shipping cost to you.
Store Credit
Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at SCVLPT.
